Do I have a choice of Sweets?
Yes of course! We have a large variety of sweets available.
How is a Sweet Buffet set up?
Rather Sweet will set up your buffet 2-3 hours before your guests arrive and we will also arrange for collection after the party is finished.
What is the duration of the Lolly Buffet?
We don’t like to hurry you, so the Buffet will be there for the entire event. If it is an event that is longer than a day we can discuss we can suit your requirements.
What areas do you cover?
Within 30 kilometres of Brisbane. If your celebration is not within this range, please let us discuss the options with you.
Do we get to keep the remaining lollies?
Absolutely! Whether you choose to share them is another question!
Are you able to provide an attendant to look after our guests?
We are happy to offer this service to you at a reasonable rate of $28.00 per hour until midnight, then further rates will be discussed.
Do you provide linen and a table?
All linen, tables and table runners will be available for your event. However, if your venue are able to provide these, we would like to offer a free kilogram of lollies! Any of the items that will be provided by your venue are to be available on our arrival.
Please confirm these details with the event co-ordinator to prevent delays.
Are there any decorations other than the sweets for the buffet table?
We try to offer decorations to suit your theme. Some decorations will be at an additional cost and we can discuss this further at the time of your booking.
Does the Lolly Buffet have to be indoors?
The lolly buffet can be anywhere you choose but we do strongly recommend a level ground to prevent breakages.
What happens if there are any breakages?
Prior to your event you will be asked to sign an authority to cover any costs associated with breakage. The costs will also be disclosed to you before the event to prevent any hidden charges.
How do I book a Lolly Buffet and do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit once your date has been confirmed. The remaining 75% and $200.00 deposit will be required no longer than 3 weeks prior to the reserved date.
When will my deposit be returned?
Once we have collected all goods we will return your deposit to your bank account within 3 working days.
What will happen on the day?
If you are having your buffet at a private residence, we will discuss the details with you prior so that all plans will run smoothly on the day. If the celebration is at a function centre we will contact the events co-ordinator and discuss necessary requirements. Either way, your guests will be amazed by your beautiful Sweets Buffet. Once the celebration is finished we will whisk everything way!
